I AM AN ARTIST
In college, I studied graphic design and illustration. Over the past 30 years, I’ve dabbled in freelance work and filled many sketchbooks with doodles, but I struggled to call myself an artist. I never felt like I deserved the title because I believed I wasn’t as skilled or talented as I should be.
I was shy about sharing my work - afraid that people wouldn’t like my art or think I was a fake. With the help and encouragement of a life coach, I am doing more art than ever before. I signed up for a year of art school and loved it. I found that I could develop confidence, style, and the courage to try new things.
